Heat Pump Installer
Should a new Carrier heat pump run constantly?
I just had a Carrier heat pump (basic model) installed and it runs constantly even when the outside temperature is below zero. My installer says it should because it is still producing heat. Is that possible or am I just paying to run a compressor for nothing?
Call Carrier customer service.Have model number ready and ask there opinion.Some newer high seer heat pumps work down to 18′.
